Returns Policy

We guarantee that if our head lice product is used according to directions, you will be totally satisfied with the results. If you do not find this to be true, please mail us the unused portion of the shampoo within 21 days of purchase. Please include a copy of your receipt and a short comment explaining your dissatisfaction, and we will refund the entire purchase price (less shipping costs).

Shipping is completed via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (with a delivery confirmation on all shipments) and all packages will be sent within 1-3 business days.
